What does $29 buy me?
Up to 5 NPIs, checked against every monthly CMS file, with one email on the 1st and a CSV download. It is for a small office that keeps five or fewer enrollments. Monitor adds 95 more NPIs and the PDF export; Pro adds the API and three 855 preparations.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pick a plan and enter a card. You get 14 days free, then that plan's price is charged to the card. Cancel in billing before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
What happens when the trial ends?
The card on file is charged for the plan you chose. If the charge fails, Stripe retries, then the roster stays readable for 90 days and exports turn off.
Do you need my PECOS or Medicare password?
No, and we will never ask for it. Everything we show comes from the public CMS revalidation list and the public NPI registry.
Do you file the revalidation for me?
Monitoring plans do not file anything. The $350 preparation service fills the 855, assembles the document list, and delivers it two business days after your documents arrive. The authorized official signs. We do not sign or submit as you.
What if I have more NPIs than my plan allows?
You can still import them. NPIs past the cap are marked over limit and left out of alerts until you upgrade.
Can you invoice us?
Pro and White-label invoices include a W-9 link. The card from the trial is charged when the trial ends. Yearly billing is ten months.
Where does the $10,122 figure come from?
It is the MGMA / Merritt Hawkins benchmark for revenue per provider per day in an unenrolled state. Independent tool. Not affiliated with CMS or HHS. Verify before filing.
