A reminder rings. We tell you what CMS changed.
A reminder uses a date you typed. We start from the CMS list and ask what moved. That list still contains 132,463 due dates from 2023–2025. Calling every old date “past due” is how a tool loses your trust.
| Tool | Published price | Where the date comes from | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| CredentialTrack Pro | $4/month ($40/year) | You enter it | Reminders |
| Silversheet | $40–60 per provider per month | You enter it | Credentialing workflow |
| IntelliCred | $75–200 | Not published | Credentialing workflow |
| Symplr | $700–1,500 base plus $70–120 | Not published | Health-system credentialing |
| Enrollment Watch Monitor | $99/month, up to 100 NPIs | The CMS file, every month | What changed this month, plus earlier months if you need them |
Prices as published by each vendor. List brokers sell the same public file for $2 per 1,000 rows. We don't.
When a reminder tool is enough
If you track a handful of NPIs and you already checked each date against this month's CMS list, a reminder costs less and does the job. This earns its price when the book is large, the dates were typed in years ago, or more than one person files.
When it is not
- The CMS date moved and nobody updated the spreadsheet.
- An enrollment disappeared from the file and you need to know whether it was completed or deactivated.
- You need to show what CMS published on a given month, for an appeal or a client.
