Preparation orders: once we have the documents, we submit within two business days and send the MAC receipt. You sign the 855 and CMS-588. There is no field here for us to sign as you. We keep at most five orders in progress.

A trial is 14 days and requires a card. The card is charged for the plan you chose when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. After the subscription ends, the roster stays readable for 90 days and exports turn off. Price is per NPI, not per seat. Yearly billing is ten months. When the card is charged, plans at $399 and above get a Stripe invoice whose footer links to the W-9.

Monitor is $99 for up to 100 NPIs. Pro is $399 for up to 500, with API access and three included preparations. White-label is $999. NPIs past the cap can sit in the roster and are marked over limit; they are left out of alerts.
